How to set (and keep) a 2024 New Year’s resolution

Getting back into a fitness routine is a goal many set when starting a new year, but sticking to it can be a challenge. Fitness experts say you should start with a plan.

Nick Tomasello opened the doors to the Game Fit HQ fitness gym back in September 2023. He said his gym’s mission is to give people a plan they can manage.

“Don’t feel like you have to accomplish your larger goal right away,” Tomasello said. “Make sure you are setting smaller goals each day and each month so that we have things that feel more manageable and are more rewarding, so the process is more manageable long term.”
