America is on an economic treadmill that’s moving faster than most folks can keep up with.
The June inflation rate of 9.1 percent is the highest since 1981. Forty-one years ago, much of our population was not yet born. Those who do remember the last inflation shock don’t want to watch the rerun.
There is some good news in all of this for Toledo. The cost of living here is lower than in much of the rest of the country. That’s even more so for locations including large urban centers and access to major cities.
